Awesome Pineapple Protein Shake Recipe

By Rebekah 1 Comment

Your entire family will love this Cherry Pineapple Protein Shake. Try the easy recipe below!

Lately, I find myself making deals with my daughter at the dinner table. The conversations differ from day to day, but they are always basically the same. Eat something you don’t like (vegetables mostly) and then you can have what you really want (dessert). I admit, it’s not just Ella who likes to play this game, I do it too. After a day of healthy food choices, I crave a little treat for my efforts as well.

If your family enjoys something sweet after dinner too, today’s recipe is for you! This Cherry Pineapple Protein Shake tastes absolutely indulgent but it’s packed with healthy ingredients. With loads of fruit, a handful of spinach (always trying to sneak some greens in!) plus over 10 grams of protein and low fat, this is a truly guilt-free dessert your whole family will LOVE.Proyo ice cream review

ProYo Ice Cream Review

The star of this delicious recipe is ProYo High Protein Low Fat Ice Cream. I recently discovered ProYo at Fry’s grocery store (also available and Kroger and other banner stores nationwide), and it has quickly become my family’s go-to dessert. This ice cream is like no other. With 10 grams of protein per serving, low fat and no artificial ingredients, ProYo High Protein Low Fat Ice Cream is clearly a winner.

When I first introduced my husband to ProYo, he was skeptical. The ingredients sounded good, but how does it taste? It only took one spoonful to win him over. ProYo Ice Cream is decadent, rich and creamy like ice cream should be!
